Quickfire Question and Organised Fun Thirty-Eight – ‘Jlloyd Samuel’

In a week where results in the top three of the premier league suggested that Antonio Conte has got hold of God’s leaked iCloud photos, the team are back to call “Photoshop” on the world of football.

My slightly dated intro is appropriate this week as we’re casting our minds back to pick the best years in the world of football. Jon will be selecting from the 1980’s, or as he calls it his “mid-life crisis.” Will Geeson has the task of choosing from the 90s while putting his teary eyed fondness for 1997 behind him. I’m taking on the noughties since that was the decade I’m old enough to remember but young enough that I couldn’t drink through. And finally, we’ve given Paddy McCloskey the 2010’s because we felt like not taxing his brain with a full decade.

Paddy’s once again rustled up some organised fun for us to tackle. I hope I won’t come to regret that last crack in the unlikely event that there’s some sort of score related dispute we need him to weigh in on. This week the team play for one of my mother’s coveted homemade flapjacks. Cake based submissions from listeners should be directed to Patrick McCloskey, The Londonderry Fun Dungeon, Northern Ireland.

All this, and more besides in this week’s edition of A Team of John O’Sheas.
